Happy Soup

While I like them I generally don't cook beets much, but I was inspired by Ms. Mmaaahhvy.
They are messy and time consuming, but the color alone made this soup worthwhile!



p.s. I thought it was good but they both had about 2 bites and wouldn't eat anymore
