Children who have thrown up repeatedly over the past 10 days: 2
Babies with a fever: 1
Loads of laundry to clean up throw up: a gajillion
Nauseas parents: 1
Babies who squeal and skreetch when placed in carseat: 1
Kilometers and hours to return home: endless

Vacation with small children: priceless?

You are so brave. The best part is that the good memories will soon outlast the bad ones and by next spring you'll be ready to do it all over again. At least that is the only explanation I can think of why we do these things ;)

Oh! Sorry to hear you've had sickies. Ugh.
...and you know, I was thinking on R's bday, what's a party (vacation) without a little children's vomit? We've had "spilling" (as W calls it) at Christmas and the spring visit to Grandma G's.
